Lisa Mercer is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person I've ever met. She is arrogant, racist and xenophobic. If I could give her a minus rating I would. Any company that hires Lisa should be subject to a lawsuit including ACC Health Care. If I encounter her again you bet I will contact my attorney and file a legal complaint. At this point it would be a class action law suite, she has offended so many people.
