My son was seen at school on 3/11/2019 by Big Smiles Virginia PC and they filled 3 teeth without consulting us and then sent us a bill for $101.60. Problem #1 we thought the dentist visit at school was a promotion visit where they talk about dental heath and give your kid a toothbrush. #2 We had just a dental checkup on 1/29/2019, 40 days prior, with ex-rays and they found no cavities. #3 Our child was NOT sent home with any informational about what was done. We found out when we go the bill. #4 They have no offfice, so you can’t go in a talk with a person. This all seems like a sham! If I take my car to get looked at they call me before they do any work small or large to get approval. This was my child who got dental work done at a public school office without any approval. If you see Big Smiles Virginia PC coming to your school please beware.
