He listened to everything I was concerned with. He answered all my questions thoroughly without feeling threatened as if I was doubting his ability as a dentist. This was extremely important to me as a patient I like to be educated as a patient and Dr. Broad was very informative. He was kind and patient and conscientious of his work and not at all arrogant.
