Dr. David Mark Petrucco

Petrucco's mistake cost me $1800. Instead of spending the 5 minutes it would've taken to submit a form to my insurance company, Petrucco told me that the procedure was covered. He said that he used to work for an insurer, so I believed him. Turns out we'd met the max, and if he'd just waited another month to do the second half of the procedure, the whole thing would've been covered. He refused to negotiate his $1800 bill by even $1. Instead, his receptionist handed me a pamphlet for a service that charges 20% interest to help you pay your medical bills on time. I've never had an experience like this in my life.
