Dr. Dustin Goetz

Hadn't seen a dentist in a number of years. Went to Dr. Goetz for a check-up. He said I had 12 cavities and needed a root canal even though I hadn't had any problems or pain. Something didn't sit right. I decided to go see a friend's grandfather for a trusted second opinion. 4 cavities, no root canal needed. Can't believe he was going to do procedures that weren't necessary for the $$$. Completely unethical.

One of the worst offices I have ever been to. The place is dirty and the doctors do subpar work. I went in to have my crowns recemented and neither one stayed on for 8 hours. I would definitely look for any other office. When I called the girl named Mitzy was phony and rude.

I love all the changes (staff, decor, attitudes) Dr Goetz has made to this office since buying it! The front desk staff is upbeat, accomadating and friendly. The wait time is virtually nonexistent and the staff keeps you informed if a patient's procedure is taking longer than anticipated. The new paint and colors are clean and relaxing. Looking forward to the new aquarium(hint, hint!:~) The new hygienists are wonderful, professional and passionate about their jobs. Dr. Goetz is amazingly talented (spoken not only from my experience in the chair, but talk I have heard from several other dental specialists), cares deeply about his patients oral health and making their new smiles affordable. Give this new team a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Dr Goetz is so kind and caring- especially with any out of pocket costs you may incur- I found him to be the best thing that's happened to this practice. He is so good you won't even feel the shot to numb you. His chair side manners are impeccable and he spends a lot of time with you if you need explanations of the digital X-rays or the treatment plan. As for his staff, the new staff is friendly, helpful and treats you just like family. You're teeth are in great hands under the new owner, Dr Goetz!

Had been a patient of the previous owner for 15 years . Loved the staff and the care. Recently went in for my 6 month check up and found that there was no one I recognized in that office. The new girls at the front desk were on their cell phones and didn't even check me in. They were speaking Spanish to each other and laughing. When I was called in, I found out that the hygienist that I have seen for years was gone. I wasnt told this before my appointment because if I had , I would have cancelled. The new hygienist told me that she can't wait to retire and move out of this country and did not do a good job. Then I go to leave and I am told that owe money from a year ago. Not so. Dr. Goetz was arrogant and indecisive about work I needed. Bad taste in my mouth. Not going back and wouldnt recommend this office. Very unfriendly and fake.

My family and I had been patients in that office for years before the change in owners. It used to be a very friendly place, friendly staff. Everyone knew us, felt like family. What a change. The atmosphere was very stressful when we went for our cleaning appointments. The front desk employees talked with each other about their plans for going out that Friday night. Really? Prices have gone up unbelievably and the I find out that they no longer take my insurance plan . Never bothered to let me know. I would not recommend this doctor or his staff. Am looking for a new one
