My child had a small filling, afterwards had persistent tooth pain. Returned to office to "adjust bite". Days later still had continued persistent tooth pain. I called the office again to inquire why & assistant (Beth) gave conflicting info/advice than the dentist had given us. When I questioned this , she became defensive, spoke to me in a condescending tone, and insulted me as a parent. She said "I will just call your ex husband" & hung up on me. She immediately called my ex-husband upon hanging up on me. My child doesn't even live with my ex-husband nor does he provide the dental insurance. She was utterly unprofessional. I did call back later & asked to speak to Dr. McCormick....he never returned my call. I could never recommend any physician who would condone his personnel to speak to their patients/family member this way.
