Wanted a tooth put in a partial plate and the quote to my insurer did not include costs of all the work so the bill was higher by over 30% and it took a lot of arguement to get them to charge me the quoted price which they eventually did. Also john forgot what the appt was for when I went in for casting and then he made a cast to replace all my dentures vs. just for one tooth. I wasted too much time with this and will not. Be back. Used to see his father Lyle but then got switched to him and did not appreciate that. The office also switched an appt in dec to nan which cut me out of one of my two freebcleanings under my insurance I need a new dentist or just stop dental insurance since I only have 6 teeth left
