When I stepped into Glennallen Family Dentistry I was greeted warmly by the staff and promptly assisted with check-in. The waiting area was immaculate and comfortable. I was treated on time and everything was clearly explained. Both Dr Shedlock and Shannon (Higienist) took time to be sure they had answered my questions. Julie, the office manager, promptly resolved an issue with my insurance. I've seen many dentists over the years and Dr Shedlock is one of the very best if not the best. He is extremely talented, competent and professional. Heartwarming to see such a cohesive and caring team of professionals.
