Their billing practices are most unfortunate. After 6 years, we recently discovered that they have been billing us IN FULL for all services (despite our insurance), demanding payment on the day, prior to us leaving and after receiving our payment, then billing our insurance company. They have consistently received 170% of the allowed charges...100% from our family, then an additional 70% from our insurance company. I only recently discovered this fraud and have reported them to the BBB, The Dental Licensing Board, and our insurance is investigating years worth of charges. Taking advantage of trusting patients for a few extra bucks is rank and base. My family deserves better, and so does this community. Beware!
