Dr. Love is very pleasant person and I'm sure she is a competent dentist. The dilemma I found myself in was that she refused to give me a referral (I had a serious dental infection) to a dentist that would accept my insurance. She stated that she didn't "know" the dentist I needed to see. I think it is unprofessional to deny a patient a referral because she needs to refer only dentists that she knows.
