Worst dental clinic in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!! They give you appointment over the phone that do not honor. I had appointments 3 times that were cancelled or denied. The receptionists are very rude and disrespectful. The office manager is very rude and arrogant. They treat you like trash and do not have any respect to call you if they are cancelling an appointment. Other patients were complaining in the reception area about the way they are treated. A lady was complaining about how they did filing on her 5 years old daughter without any sedation. The Office Manager's explanation of not accepting me was that the doctor wants to leave by 5pm. The doctor is there to serve his patient and be able to fulfil all appointments. His priority is to leave ASAP regardless whether patient left their job to come to the appointment. At my 1st visit they were forcing me to sign up my Son to do the invisalign even though he was not a candidate for that type of treatment.

I have never been to a doctors office that was so unprofessional first thing I waited over an hour to see someone and it wasn't the dentist it was the technician that took the x rays that was giving me the diagnosis I knew I needed son work on my teeth she was trying to pressure me to get the payment plan after I said let me shop around first just give me an estimate she sent in another technician to clean my teeth while he was cleaning he was swearing saying how bad my teeth was that I should go on some budget plan first my teeth isn't that bad it seem like they were con artist I was so embarrassed while I was there I should of known better going to. A dentist on Rockaway Blvd in the middle of the hood

First she will lie to you how horrible your teeth are, and than she will come with a plan to help you pay for service.Please don't fall in the same trap as IDID. These kind of crooks need to be exposed. we need to pay now for service that was never given.
