Not good. This company billed my insurance after I paid the entire amount. My insurance sent them a check. When I inquired as to why I was told this is how they do it. Wrong. So I am due a refund as I paid everything. I was told I would get a refund or they would apply it as a credit to my account there. I did not want this. It has been 15 days now with no refund. When I called there is no person to assist and now I am being told the manager will not be in until next Thursday (today is Friday) and they will have her call me back. NEVERMIND she was supposed to call me on Tuesday of this week and failed. Unacceptable.....
