Our first couple of appointments seemed to go well with my 4 and 5 year old. The last appointment when my 5 yr old daughter became afraid and cried (real tears, shaking with real fear - not throwing a fit or vying for attention) the Dr became irritable very quickly and accused my daughter of "telling mommy something that's not true" when all she was saying is that she was scared. Clearly he was not listening and I don't like the irate defensive behavior that he took. We will not return.

My son went there the first couple of times and I went with him. It was really good. Went for his appt. today and the lady that works with Dr. B got nasty and said that if my 7 year old can't come by his self then we need to find another dentist. If my child feels more comfortable with me just sitting close by and you have a problem with that you shouldn't be a children's dentist !! They just lost my business and we had appt. for all four of ur boys. ...will not go back!
