If this is the Dr. Clay who previously owned C I Dental in Springfield, IL, I found him to be rude, unreliable for appointments, undependable to his staff, practiced dentistry poorly and caused me additional expenses in the thousands of dollars due to his half-assed, hastily performed dental work. He should not be permitted to even so much as clean the teeth of a dead animal. Pathetic excuse for a dentist.
