Horrible! Unprofessional staff, they over charge you and code your dental work incorrectly to your dental insurance, dental assistant are not trained well, often forgetting tools and procedures, front office staff will argue with you, they had to refund my account around $4,000 for incorrect billing, they will call you the day before your appointment to cancel because it's a slow Friday, I was exiting one time and all the lights were turned off and the staff was waiting with their purses o their shoulders ready to go home. I was signing paperwork in the dark. My own dental insurance reviewed my account and say they are not billing and coding correctly. They volunteered and sent me the paperwork to file a complaint.
