This is my 4 time here normally it's an okay office visit. Today I had a routine cleaning with Olga she was the WORST dentist I have ever encountered. I had to wait 30 minutes for her arrival with no gesture or apology. She didn't introduce herself just walked in and started digging in my oral cavity. She was ruff and seemed in a hurry. After she so called cleaned my teeth she just proceeded to walk out. I then asked her was she going to floss my teeth(routine in my 30 years of dentistry) she said no you do it yourself. Excuse me!! I will not be returning to this clinic and will be searching for the corporate information. I will be seeking a second opinion and cleaning ASAP.
