I appreciate that they saw me even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff was cordial. BUT I couldn't understand the dentist at all, partly because of the face mask and also because of her thick accent. They did a thorough job of checking and x -raying my teeth. I had a tooth that was hurting previously, but when I got there it was fine. They offered to pull it for $240. Fair price i guess. Bu t i can have it pulled by Honest Dental for $120. Xrays are free! Then Navasota Dental show an itemized bill for $11,000 for other work needed. They should rethink their business model! They should try to establish a relationship with the patient first.
