Received and was charged fully for a temporary crown with the understanding I would be called when the permanent came in. After one month, i called and had to provide my phone number, as they somehow couldn't be bothered to access my files. After two months, without recieving a phone call, I contacted them again, and was assured my crown was coming. Have called twice since and been blown off both times. Do not go near this place - they are about as professional as Waffle House is fine dining...I have to choose stars in order to post this, but trust me when I say I would choose negative if I could...

Do not go there, I have been waiting over 6 months for my partial, they are quick go bill your insurance company, and take your co pay, but they are not honest, reliable or trustworthy. Go to someone else

I too have been waiting for a crown. I passed the 6 month mark last week. I have called, gone in and basically have been lied to. I called about 2 weeks ago and said I wanted to talk directly to the dentist as the rest of the staff just blows me off. They have NEVER returned a call. I was told he was out sick. I called 3 more times and was told the same thing. Yesterday I went in and was told by a nurse he retired. Even so, they are still scheduling patients for the guy!! Do not go here, they are horrible.

You think this is a legitimit dentist office? Think again!!! Make sure to ask for credentials. The owners name isn't even clear. Google Cameron J Banks and you cannot find anything on him. You know why? His name is Reggie and just changed his name to mirror the old dentist that used to work there. My father waited for months for a simple crown and never received it. Watch out for these people.

after having two fillings and also another that Dr Hodges said must have a filling ........ after 2 days of unbearable pain i was worked into a chair there and he pulled the tooth he had put the unplanned filling in and now the other two teeth he filled are hurting Dr Hodges is a poor excuse for a dentist please don't go to see them..... also now it looks like they have closed up and moved on
