My family were patients here for many years but once Stansia Winford lost her practice and was bought out by Tracy Paul, she seemed to change. The staff did too. It was very disappointing and we had to change dentists. It seems they don't like their patients to ask questions or make inquires about their practices. The staff are always rude and never greet you when you walk in and have an air as if they're doing you a favor. I was stunned to learn that she doesn't pull teeth or other similar procedures and another dentist would have to come in and do it. I didn't like when they tried to bill me for more money for a procedure I had already paid in full. Something is not right in this office and I finally had to report them to the ADA. They really need to learn and train their office staff in customer service procedures or they're going to lose more patients. Sorry, but I can't recommend her to anyone else.
