In 2014 I went to Dr. Rooney at his Ottawa location per suggestion of my own dentist. I must say his Staff were absolutely the nicest I have encountered. Dr. Rooney was excellent at explaining every step of what was to be done. The extraction of a molar went smoothly. In February 2017, I was in need of another tooth extraction. I went in for consultation and was amazed that Dr. Rooney said he could do it then. Once again his Staff and Dr. Rooney treated me extremely nicely. I would advice anyone to try his expertise.Should someone have had a bad experience, perhaps it was due to your pain and circumstances. Sometimes in pain we come off with the wrong impressions. Thus perhaps relaying this to his wonderful staff and you take it the wrong way. Each individual case is ,of course, different. All I can do with my two experiences is give a five star satisfaction.
