To be fair I can only rate office staff, not the Doctor. So, staff is incompetent, self important and uncaring. After losing two referrals and not contacting me for two weeks they refused me treatment because I told them they were incompetent and demanded a call back. I have a broken tooth that needs to be removed, so this is there "emergency" care.
