In 2011 my daughter at 8 years old became a patient of dr Abed. The phase 1 care was $3,200 and the paper work showed after insurance our balance is $1645. First of all the fact that she had most of her baby teeth I do not believe at that was any benefit. We had another consultation for phase 2, which when discussing the fee I learned that we had a $400.00 credit to my account? Why, in the past 4 years was I not notified? If I would have owed the 400.00 dollars, I'm sure they would have contacted via email and phone etc! I'm sure 400.00 may not be a lot of money for her, but I would have liked to be notified. Be cautious!!
